HAMILTON, Circuit Judge.
The central issue in this appeal is the application of the statute of limitations for claims for breach of fiduciary duty under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seg. 1 The presumptive limitation period for violations is six years from the date of the last action constituting part of the breach or violation, but the statute provides a limited exception.
