The single question presented for decision by this appeal.is whether the appellants, Weil, Roth & Company, shall be compelled, under their contract' to that effect, to accept and pay for, at their face value, $46,000.00 of bonds issued by the city of Paris for use in the erection and equipment of additional school buildings for the white and colored children of the city.
