HOLLAND, Justice:

A grand jury indicted Jamaien Monroe (“Monroe”) on one count of Murder in the First Degree, one count of Attempted Murder in the First Degree, six counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, four counts of Reckless Endangering in the First Degree, two counts of Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited, and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. This indictment consolidated two incidents. Counts 12-14 related to the January 26, 2006 attempted murder of Andre Ferrell (“Ferrell”) and Counts 1-11 related to the April 2, 2007…
