Appellant Richard Samson — a Type-1 insulin-dependent diabetic — appeals summary judgment for Appellee Federal Express Corporation on his disability discrimination claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq., and its Florida counterpart, the Florida Civil Rights Act (“FCRA”), Fla. Stat. § 760.01, et seq.
