Appellant, the governing body of Florida A & M University (FAMU), seeks review of the trial court’s order enjoining a student government election at the university’s main campus in Tallahassee. Appellant raises three issues on appeal, but we only need to address one: whether the trial court had subject-matter jurisdiction to entertain the complaint for emergency injunctive relief filed by Appellee.
