Michael D. Whitaker appeals from judgments in favor of his former attorneys, Joseph G. Kear, Thomas M. Spetnagel, and William H. Allyn, on his legal malpractice claims. Whitaker asserts that the Ross County Court of Common Pleas erred when it determined that the statute of limitations on his legal malpractice claim against Kear expired before Whitaker filed a complaint. We disagree. Whitaker also asserts that the trial court erred by granting directed verdicts in favor of Allyn and Spetnagel, arguing that reasonable minds could have concluded that Allyn and Spetnagel committed…
