OPINION OF THE COURT

FUENTES, Circuit Judge.

After Kimberly Wright was sexually assaulted by two men, she broke a window and entered the house in -which the assault took place for the purpose of retrieving her clothes. Following two separate investigations, conducted by the defendant officers concerning the sexual assault and the break-in, Wright was charged with burglary, theft, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief.
