[¶ 1] Raymond St. Laurent appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) in favor of Dai-gle Commercial Group, Inc., (Daigle, Inc.), a commercial real estate broker, on its action to recover brokerage fees on the basis of promissory estoppel. St. Laurent also appeals a summary judgment in favor of J.P.
