This-is an appeal from an order of the district court of Grady county awarding defendant in error a writ of mandamus commanding the excise board of Grady county to make a levy of taxes sufficient to pay one-third of an award of the State Industrial Commission made in favor of plaintiff under the Workmen’s Compensation Act.
