YARIAN, J.-
— Plaintiff brought two actions, upon assigned accounts for goods, wares and merchandise furnished, against Glenns Ferry Meat Company and certain individuals. Appellant’s answer denies generally the allegations of every cause of action in each complaint, and, as an affirmative defense, alleges that during all the times mentioned she was the wife of defendant Frank Rowe and living and cohabiting with him as such in the state of Idaho.
