In this case the Bank of Orofino, situated in the town of Orofino in Clearwater county, in this state, recovered a judgment for $2,542.13 and for costs in the district court for said county on December 8, 1913, from W. A. Wellman and P. E. MeRoberts, copartners doing business in said town of Orofino under the firm name of the Wellman-McRoberts Co.
