By Notice to Show Cause issued on January 5, 2011 (the “Notice”), this Court’s Standing Panel on Attorney Discipline initiated disciplinary proceedings against re spondent Thomas Liotti, a member of the New York bar and the bar of this Court, arising from his conduct during the appeal in United States v.
