State v. Cyrus

This case is before this Court upon appeal of a final order of the Circuit Court of Mer cer County entered on July 25, 2006. In that order, the appellant and defendant below, Harold Lee Cyrus, was sentenced to two terms often to twenty years in the penitentiary upon his conviction of two counts of sexual abuse by a custodian. The appellant was also sentenced to two terms of five to fifteen years in the penitentiary upon his conviction of two counts of incest.
