Plaintiff, the Security Bank of Huntington, instituted a notice of motion for judgment proceeding against William H. McGinnis and Mary C. McGinnis, in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, and judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff for the amount claimed to be owing, being the unpaid balance of a loan made by plaintiff to McGinnises for the purchase of an Elcar house trailer. At the time of the institution of the proceeding plaintiff obtained an attachment against a “Kentuckian” house trailer, then in possession of McGinnises. Gilbert Trailer Sales, Inc., and Commerce…
