|,Appellant Broderick Lloyd Laswell appeals the judgment and commitment order of the Benton County Circuit Court finding him guilty of capital murder and aggravated robbery and sentencing him as a habitual offender to life imprisonment without parole plus 720 months’ imprisonment, respectively.
