liOn January 22, 2013, appellant, Richard Ralph Conte, was convicted by a Faulkner County Circuit Court jury of two counts of capital murder and two counts of firearm enhancements. The State waived the death penalty and the circuit court sentenced Conte to two terms of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for the capital murders, and fifteen years each on the firearm enhancements. The sentences were to run consecutively.
