This appeal concerns the revival of a revoked will.
The protracted litigation in this case was occasioned by the attempt of a layman to write his own will. The danger attending such an effort is aptly suggested by the late Judge John Marshall Gest in his interesting book, Drawing Wills and Settlement of Estates in Pennsylvania.
