Defendants appeal from the entry of a summary judgment in plaintiff’s favor and from the denial of their motion for summary judgment.

This action involves a collective bargaining agreement (agreement) entered into between the Board of Education (plaintiff) and the teachers’ union (union), wherein plaintiff recognized the union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for teaching employees.
