At the heart of this dispute is the amount of money the Plaintiff, Executive Wings, Inc. (“EWI”) paid (and was supposed to pay) to have the Defendants, Aviation Advisors Int’l, Inc. (“Aviation”)1 and its' president, Robert Dolby (“Dolby”), help EWI acquire a multi-million dollar corporate jet. According to EWI, the parties agreed on a'commission or fee payable to Aviation of sixty thousand dollars ($60,-000) for its services involved in the purchase of the jet. But, EWI contends, Dolby and Aviation cheated it by taking a hidden “extra” profit from the jet…
