Germon Everage (“Everage”) appeals the denial, without an evidentiary hearing, of his motion for post-conviction relief under Rule 29.15. 1 Everage advances two points on appeal, each of which claims that he was denied the effective assistance of counsel guaranteed by the Fifth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution and article I, sections 10 and 18(a) of the Missouri Constitution.
