STATEMENT OF THE CASE
RATLIFF, Chief Judge.
MR. Hudson, Mary Hudson Vandegrift, and A.B. Hudson appeal the judgment in favor of Marvin Randall McClaskey ordering rescission of a deed to certain real estate and damages. We reverse.
