Casé Summary

Plaintiffs/Appellants/Cross-Appellees, Harry and Betty Lilge, appeal from the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of Defendant/Appellee/Cross-Appel-lant, Russell’s Trailer Repair, Inc. We reverse.
