OPINION

DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

James William Irwin appeals his convietion and sentence after a jury trial on one count of criminal recklessness, a class B misdemeanor, and challenges the propriety of the subsequent hearing regarding his payment of restitution.

We affirm.
