This is an application for the revocation of letters testamentary and for the removal as trustees of Walter A. Fribourg *165and Edythe Fribourg, his wife. The remaining executor and trustee appointed by the will is the widow of the testator. She is a woman of advanced years and of greatly impaired health. The application is made by the widow, Mrs. Ella Grossman, and by her daughters, Alice J. Staff and Ruby H. Jordan, who are beneficiaries of the estate. Mr. Fribourg was the son-in-law of the testator. ■
