I. BACKGROUND
A. Factual History
We have before us a defense motion for summary judgment filed on September 17, 1996. Mindful of the standards of review 1 we will begin with the history of this matter.
Effective October 25, 1993, Saucon Valley Board of School Directors (“School Board”) entered into an employment contract with Plaintiff Jayne E. Coover (“Coover”).
