This matter comes before the court on the motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) filed by defendants Environ/Wright County, Inc. (“Environ”), De-Coster Enterprises, LLC (“DeCoster Enterprises”) and the DeCoster Revocable Trust’s (“Trust”) (collectively, “entity defendants”). (ECF 71.)
