Appalachian Electric Power Company, Potomac Electric Power Company, and Virginia Electric and Power Company, public service corporations engaged in the electric utility service in Virginia and elsewhere, filed with the State Corporation Commission, under Code, § 58-672, applications for review and correction of the assessments of State taxes which had been made against them, respectively, for the year 1950.
