WINTER, Circuit Judge:

Thomas James Price appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict for defendant Glosson Motor Lines, Inc. (Glosson), in a personal injury action instituted by Price arising out of a collision between two vehicles. He asserts that (1) since Glosson was negligent as a matter of law in causing the collision, the district court erred in submitting to the jury the question of Glosson’s negligence, and (2) the court committed reversible error in declining to answer a question posed by the jury during its deliberations.
