This case involves the application of section 3.405 of the Texas Uniform Commercial Code. Tex. Bus. & Com.Code Ann. § 3.405 (Vernon 2002). In one issue, ap pellants Hanh H. Duong (Hanh) and Duong & Associates, P.L.L.C. (Duong) contend that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment for appellees Bank One, N.A. and Angie Nguyen on appellants’ conversion, negligence, and fraud claims.
