Conway B. Oliver, while employed by the Southern Railway Company, was proceeding to the home of his wife’s parents, just beyond Shandon, on the evening of the 5th day of March, 1895, when he was shot to death. His body was found with his bucket bj' his side and with two fish, which, no doubt, he had intended as a present to the family he was about to visit. Thomas C.
