Madden died November 23, 1926, leaving a will which provided as follows: “I give, devise and bequeath all of my real and personal property, consisting principally of the farm where I live and the house and barn and other buildings thereon and the furniture and fixtures and the cattle and other presonal [sfc] property thereon, to my daughter, Ruth E.
