¶ 1 Defendant/Appellant A.G. Insurance Company, an Oklahoma Farm Bureau company, (Insurer), appeals from a judgment entered in favor of Plaintiffs/Ap-pellees Raymond D. and Lillian Hale. The Hales filed their Petition alleging Insurer breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing following the Hales’ claim for insurance benefits. The Hales did not state a’'claim for breach of the insurance contract. 1 The Hales sought compensation for a loss under the fire coverage provision of the property insurance policy covering a convenience store owned by the Hales.…
