Defendant Daniel Pugliese appeals from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Kevin Thomas Duffy, Judge, awarding plaintiff Michael Sidney Luft $102,147.64 in damages, attorney’s fees, and costs for copyright infringement. Damages were assessed after the district court, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(b), struck defendants’ answer on the ground that they had failed to comply with discovery orders.
