I. Motion to Dismiss
On Motion for Clarification and/or Reconsideration and Memorandum of Law in Support thereof ("Mot. Recons."), plaintiffs request that this Court reconsider its holding that a joint venture agreement subject to condition precedent does not constitute a contract until such time as the condition is complied with.
