The amended complaint alleges that the defendant is a domestic corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the Laws of 1932, chapter 399, section 3, of the State of New York, entitled “ An Act to amend the Banking Law, in relation to certain lenders of small loans,” which has been incorporated in the Banking Law as article 9 thereof (§ 340 et seq.), entitled “ Licensed Lenders.”
