This is a writ of error to review the judgment of the municipal court of the city of Chicago finding plaintiff in-error guilty of violating the provisions of the act of June 14, 1917, in force July 1, 1917, regulating and licensing the business of making loans in sums of $300 or less, commonly known as the Loan Shark act.
