EDWARD WEINFELD, District Judge.
Petitioner, Thomas Felton, now serving a sentence of 25 years to life at Green Haven Correctional Facility, New York pursuant to a judgment of conviction of the murder in the second degree, of three separate victims, entered upon a jury verdict in the Supreme Court, Bronx County, petitions for his release under a federal writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner’s co-defendant, Willie Lee Kirksey, also was convicted at their joint trial of the same charges and received the same sentence.
