By motion filed in one of the district courts of Dallas County, defendant in error, The Dallas Joint Stock Land Bank of Dallas, sought recovery of damages from plaintiff in error Randerson, who was sheriff of Floyd County, and the 1 other plaintiff in error, which was surety on Randerson’s official bond.
