This matter comes before the Court on a Petition for Writ of Certiorari filed by Antonio Amurrio challenging the denial of several variances by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Falls Church (“BZA”). In accordance with Virginia Code § 15.2-2314, the Court has reviewed the memoranda submitted by counsel, the Record of the BZA proceedings, as well as the exhibits submitted by both parties and concluded that no additional testimony is necessary for the proper adjudication of this matter.
