Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Chauvin, J.), entered July 3, 2013 in Saratoga County, which granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

In August 2010, plaintiff was injured when, while attempting to proceed through an intersection by making a left turn out of a service station parking lot, her vehicle was struck broadside by an oncoming vehicle driven by defendant.
