Plaintiff sued her husband for divorce upon the ground, among others, of extreme cruelty. She alleged that she and defendant are the owners of a described residence property in Beloit; that defendant is able-bodied and capable of earning a minimum of $150 per month; that plaintiff’s health is in a precarious *363condition; that she is in need of medical attention and is compelled to rely upon her own resources.
