Before the Court is the appeal of Robert C. Craig, P.C., from the bankruptcy court’s July 31, 2009, Order dismissing the underlying adversary proceeding.
I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
On January 9, 2006, the Delaware Chancery Court granted judgment in favor of Greenlight Capital Qualified, L.P., Green-light Capital, L.P., and Greenlight Capital Offshore, Ltd.
