Tbis is a will contest in wbicb tbe circuit judge directed a verdict against tbe will. Tbe Court of Appeals affirmed tbe judgment below because, in tbe opinion of that Court, tbe transcript did not show that it contained all tbe evidence. Tbe proponent of tbe will bas filed a petition for certiorari, wbicb we bave granted.
