Stephen A. Clark filed in the County Court of Jo Daviess County, a claim against the estate of Norman B. Richardson deceased, founded upon two promissory notes purporting to have been made by W. L. Gale and N. B. Richardson, and payable to Clark & Richardson. Hpon a hearing in the County Court the claim was disallowed, and judgment was rendered against the claimant for costs, and he appealed to the Circuit Court.
