This adversary proceeding was originally commenced by the debtor-plaintiff in 1984 seeking a determination that the defendants were enjoined pursuant to § 524(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code from proceeding further with a state court lawsuit seeking to collect on a judgment debt that arguably had been discharged by the debtor’s bankruptcy proceeding.
