Plaintiff Frank Melanson, individually and as administrator of the estate of his deceased wife May Melanson, brought this action against the defendant William Damon, M.D. (“Dr. Damon”) for damages incurred as a result of Dr. Damon’s allegedly negligent care and treatment of May Melanson.
