MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
STARRETT, District Judge.
This case is before the court on separate Motions for Summary Judgment filed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(b) and (c) by Defendants Travelers Property Casualty Insurance Company and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. The court, having reviewed the motions, briefs, pleadings and exhibits on file as well as applicable law and being thus fully advised in the premises, finds that the Motions for Summary Judgment filed by the defendants are well taken and should be granted.
