{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Timothy A. Shimko, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of defendants-appellees, Thomas G. Lobe (“Lobe”), the Cleveland Bar Association (“CBA”), and the Ohio State Bar Association (“OSBA”), in a refiled lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the Ohio Code of Professional Responsibility Disciplinary Rule 2-107(B), which requires binding arbitration of fee disputes between attorneys from different firms.
