Fox, Judge:
West Virginia Northern Railroad Company prosecutes this writ of error to a judgment of the Circuit Court of Preston County, for the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars, in an action' at law pending in said court, in which George Pritt was plaintiff and said railroad company was defendant. There was a jury trial, and the judgment aforesaid was entered on the verdict returned by the jury, and after motion to set aside the verdict had been made in the trial court and overruled.
