Appellee sued appellant upon a promissory note by a complaint in one paragraph. Appellant filed four paragraphs of answer, which under the questions raised herein are not necessary either to set out or consider; he also filed a seventh paragraph of answer to which a demurrer was sustained, but no question is presented upon this ruling.
